User Management
DELOS - User Management Overview - Watch Video
The User Management section allows you to invite, assign, and manage members within your DELOS workspace. It ensures that each person has the appropriate level of access and responsibility based on their role.
Role Types
DELOS offers four user roles, each with different levels of access and control. Roles are hierarchical, with each level inheriting the permissions of the one below it.
Owner
Everything from Admin
Can transfer the ownership
Can delete the organization
Admin
Everything from Editor
Can manage members and their roles
Editor
Everything from Viewer
Can manage issues and stakeholders (add, edit, archive, assign, interact with maps, etc.)
Can be assigned to an issue or stakeholder
Viewer
Can view all data
Adding New Users
To add a new user to your organization:
Click the user icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select User Management
Click the Invite Member button at the bottom of the table
Enter the user's email address, optionally add their phone number to enable SMS login, and select their role.
Click Send Invitation
The invited member will receive an invitation email and can go directly to the platform to log in.
Managing Users
Inside the User Management panel, you’ll see a list of all current members of your organization, along with their assigned roles.
Removing a User
To remove a user:
Click the three-dot menu next to their name.
Select Remove Member.
Changing a User's Role
To change someone’s role:
Click directly on their current role.
Select the new role from the dropdown menu.
Changes take effect immediately.
Switching Between Organizations
If you are a member of multiple DELOS organizations, you can easily switch between them:
Click your current organization name or logo in the top-right corner.
From the dropdown menu, select the organization you want to access.
This allows you to manage multiple organizations seamlessly from a single DELOS account.
